The workshop explores the intersection between striking and grappling. There is a tendency to simply copy whatever our opponent does.
When they hit, we hit.

When they hold, we hold.

There is a much better approach, especially in a weapons-based environment where the potential for things to rapidly escalate with potentially lethal results. In this workshop we will look at some of these strategies that are effective in both sport and street.
