One of the most often neglected areas of grappling training is dealing with a situation where a knife is in play. One of the most often neglected areas of knife defense training is dealing with what happens if you hit the ground. This workshop will specifically deal with both of those areas so that students can get a complete view of what they can (and more importantly CAN’T) do in a grounded engagement against a blade. Knowing these skills can very well be the deciding factor as to who gets up off the ground and who stays for good.

All of the drills are beginner-friendly, and all training will be done with progressive resistance.
